Difficult to use and poor quality

Difficult to use. Instructions are not included except for simple pictures. They are cheap for a reason. Spend the money and get earbuds that work.

They still don't work

I bought these abs the headphones wound not pair/ connect to each other. I warrantied the headphones. Jlab was very accommodating and helped get me a new pair. Great service by the way. I charged the new headphones, and went till then it off the case. And. ... still.....They will not pair/ connect to each other. So if you way to buy a pair of headphones, and have use of only one of them, Jlab is your brand.

Okay quality but had some order issues

These were a gift for Christmas. Originally I received the the Go Air Pop, but the ear buds were disfunctional. JLab support is great, after sending proof of destruction they send me a code and then purchased the Go Air Sport. The issue for was the shipping took some time. They mentioned warehousing but it still took longer than they said to ship it. To be honest, I think they forgot. It was only after I mentioned I would give my honest review on the situation did it ship, and I got the ship email at 8PM? But here I am, and this is my honest review. The earbuds quality isn't as great as I thought, but for the amount it will suffice, as I you can't ask for much at that price point.

Actual separation

Ordered this again after inadvertently leaving graphite-colored ones at home while we’re taking a break from MN sub-zero in Florida. Most of my listening is of podcasts or Spotify classical music. Very impressed with the authentic stereo separation. A favorite detail is the around ear “ wrap around” feature which keeps the microphones secure and tight.

Amazing customer service

Bought these as a gift but they wouldn't connect to bluetooth properly. Reached out to the company and had a response within a couple hours!! Amazing! A couple emails back and forth and we had a return table to send in the bad buds and got a coupon code to order new ones. They shipped quickly and now my daughter is a happy girl with her new, working, buds. She loved the bright color choice too.
