awesome earbuds

Out of 6 pairs of different brands I've tried, these are the most comfortable pair of buds I've owned and there's no fear of them falling out. Sound, battery life, cost and comfort is amazing. I just wish I had found these before I wasted my money on other brands. Absolutely no sore spots like there were on multiple other brands.

Sorry to hear of the volume issue you're running into. They should be producing 103 db at max volume. When you can, please reach out to us via support@jlab.com so that we can troubleshoot or replace under your two year warranty.

Broke 3 months in

Used these for running 3x a week, worked great but a few months into my purchase, the right earbud had almost zero sound, even on Max volume, and would pause sporadically. I think these would be great for anything not involving sweating
