Right side not working whatsoever

I bought this today, 12/24/2022, and these earbuds don't want to pair to each other. I did what the troubleshooting had said, do the 7 taps on each side, make sure they blink 4 times and reconnected them back to my phone but still nothing. These didn't work right when I took them out of the box. I love JLab earbuds and have bought their products before, but this one missed their bar by a mile.

They stay in my ears better than the air-pops

I bought these a couple of weeks ago and am enjoying them. I listen to books on tape when I'm out with the dogs. They're loud enough and very clear. They stay in my ears very well even roughhousing with my 2 rather large babies.

Great Over The Ear Choice

Perfect for what I needed in an active moist environment. Sound is excellent for this environment. Only reason for 4 verses 5 starts is the online manual will not open. Guess I’ll have to figure out all the features on my own, shouldn’t be to difficult. Love the charging case. I would buy again.
