Slow to charge, still not getting battery full

This is the second set of J lab earbuds I have purchased, the first set stopped charging after a few months, but they were good earbuds. This set seems to have a challenge charging enough to give me the “battery full” message. It may be a problem with these earbuds in general, but because they are so inexpensive I’m willing to tolerate it.

One bud always fails

I bought the 2nd pair of buds when my previous pair from jbl completely died. I gave them another chance and bought the 30 dollar set. Easy to set up and worked great. I wore them at the gym. I treated them carefully not wanting a replay of the last set. After about 6 weeks the right bud failed. Now I have only one channel of stereo music playing during my gym visits. Once again I am extremely dissatisfied with what I thought was a high quality pair if buds made for exactly what I was using them for. Unfortunately I just don't have any more confidence in jbl. I wish that I could recommend them but can not.

Great Buds But....

These are great design, great sound quality, super-light, charge fast BUT - the tapping is a nightmare - honestly I have no idea why they would design something so GREAT in design and sound - but so hard to tap which is how you use the device.

I have had JLab headphones for a minute, love them but they didnt stay in my ears- i have small ears...
when i saw the Go Air Sport...i jumped on the purchase! Woohoo they stay in my ears and the sound is awesome!

A Sucker for the Color Green

I bought these less than a month ago and I’m glad I did because they stay in when my hair is down or I’m leaning against a pillow. The only drawback is that they begin to hurt my ears after and extended period of time.

I am very pleased with the service provided by JLab regarding my faulty earbuds. Hopefully the replacement pair, which came so quickly, last longer as the right earbud died after only four months.
