Quick delivery for a replacement pair

Had a defective pair of JLabs and filed a claim. Customer service was quick polite and very helpful through the entire process. My new phones came quick and both work perfectly not issues with pairing and sound quality and ear fit are awesome!

Not worth it

I've had the earbuds for just over a month and now the left one has stopped working unless the earbuds are at 10% (which last about 4 minutes). 30 bucks for a month is not worth it. Not impressed with these at all.
