Perfect

I use the regular jlab ear buds they have been magical from the start with literally endless talk/music time and perfect connection every time to my phone. But they fall out of my ear sometime.. I was reluctant to try the sport because I thought it would be comfortable and read some reviews where 1 didn't work. I'm so glad I tried them, they stay in place, SOOO comfortable, work perfectly everytime. Just bought some more so I'm never without.. Work, gym, anywhere. These are the best I've ever had... I'll never stray from jlab!

Great when they work

I bought these earbuds because I continue to have a great experience with another product from JLab. I wanted these to wear while I was running. The first few days they worked great, blocked out sound and stayed in my ears great. Then the left earbud stopped working for no reason. I got a warranty replacement, same thing. Got another warranty replacement and was extra careful to dry the earbuds off before putting them in the case, still stopped working. At this point, I am returning them for good because they dont seem to stand up to sweat like a Sport earbud should.

They would have been great but only one worked

This is the reason I don’t like to shop online because sometimes the product can have defections be really hard to get a replacement I really just went online and found some nice headphones and paid for them but when I got it only one of them worked the left one still doesn’t work and the right one is running out of sound I’ve had them sence April and now I need new ones

I bought these 2 months ago, and unfortunately, the ear holder snapped off. I contacted jlab and they sorted this strait away service was absolutely fantastic well done jlab new pair received within a week.
