Issues with connectivity

I like the shape and feel of the earbuds and the sale price was on point, however, I am having connectivity issues. The earbuds only work properly if my phone is right next to me. I can't walk around the house, not even 5 feet away with the earbuds disconnecting.

Over a month ago, I received a second pair of these earbuds as a replacement due to both earbuds not syncing Thus far after several uses, the battery is surprisingly still full and the quality of both earbuds is good.

You don’t have to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get it a decent set of headphones. J lab products are probably the least expensive out there and would compare to the top value top dollar headphones. J lab you’re a dumb bomb! You guys are pretty incredible.

Amazed at the quality of these reasonably priced earbuds. Took a while deciding the best fit of the ear tips. Altogether, big improvement over the my first pricier set from a different source.

Did not work right out of the box.

I bought this for exercise and unfortunately it did not work right out of the box. The customer service was very responsive and gave me a credit on the cost of the defective headphones. I decided to use the credit against a different set of headphones. I have not received those yet. I have always had good luck with Jlab headphones and will continue to buy them. They’re inexpensive and good quality. I have used their headphones for exercise and also I have some on the air headphones as well which I like a lot.

Comfortable and great for the gym

These are my second pair. The first pair had one the failed, however Jlabs provided impeccable service and had the replacement to me in a few days.
Usage is simple and the range is really good allowing me to move freely around a medium sized gym without being tethered to my phone. Sound quality is also good to my ears.
I would rate 5 star if the first pair had lasted for more than a couple of months.
