Great headphones

I received these as a replacement for a previous pair and I’m very happy with both the design and performance.
I also received excellent customer support.
I use them for both running and day to day use and the fit is comfortable and secure.

I have just started to use these ear buds, but they stay in my ears well when I am doing yoga. They are comfortable and lightweight and the sound quality is good!

I really enjoy these headphones! The over-the-ear fit is perfect for being active, but also just for comfort when working on the computer or taking a phone call. The sound quality is excellent and I enjoy the level of bass they allow for. Super stylish as well! Highly recommend.

Poor Customer Experience

Bought these as a gift after reading the good reviews. Unfortunately the right earbud was DOA and to get an exchange, I have to cover the return shipping which is half the cost of the earbuds. Given this poor return policy, I'm not sure why you'd purchase direct from JLab over Best Buy/Amazon/etc

Just received my ear buds. Love them. Pairs easily with my phone (android). Easy to operate, even for me. Sound quality is perfect. Can listen to my music and still hear sounds around me. That's super important so I can still keep track of my surroundings. Also, hooks don't interfere with my glasses. Great product.

Ear hoops!
