Purchased a pair of wireless earbuds. The earbuds did not work like I wanted. Contacted JLab and within a week I had a new pair of headphones, yes I changed from earbuds to headphone, and JLab could not have be nicer or kinder about the return or sending the new headphone.

WOW!! Best I've Had!

I bought these a week ago from Fred Meyer's. I only got them because they were inexpensive and my headphones had broke that morning. Now I wish I bought these forever ago. The sound is fantastic, they don't slip around, and the battery life is insane. I would have thought $100 is reasonable for this. The only downside is the sand color look like hearing aids and I thought they were white when I looked at the package. I don't even care though they're so good. If I lose them I'll definitely be coming back for another pair.

As of yet, these are great earbuds with an ear hook for staying in ear while being active. Love them...So Far so Good! Thanks Steven and J Lab audio!!

Why does this keep happening

I just received my Jlab GO Air Sport yesterday. When I took them out of the case, the right earbud didn't work. Plus, the battery seemed to be tripping up on both of them. My phone and the earbuds keep giving me different battery levels for them, minutes apart from each other. The sound and fit on the left earbud is great. I just wish Jlab earbuds work as soon as you open them up

My first set failed to sync both ear buds. I contacted JLAB service and they hooked me up!! I am very happy with my new set of ear buds that arrived in the mail yesterday. Fast and friendly service:) with that kind of service I will tell all my friends to check out JLAB when in the market for a set of ear buds.

For a pair of sport earbuds, the sound quality exceeded my expectations. I flipped through all the settings, and the JLab Signature sound setting is the best, comparable to an excellent home theater system. The delivery was faster than the projected date, and everything came in a pristine package. I used them throughout the weekend and they are the best I've bought from JLab yet. Very satisfied with my purchase.
