Great Warranty Cover

I put them in the wash....

I bought these earbuds a while ago. They were supposed to be my hold over until I had the money to buy some nice galaxy ones. I no longer plan to do that. I'm writing a review because two weeks ago, I left my ear buds (but not the case) in my jean pockets when they went through the wash. As is to be expected, they were dead. Understandable. But the amazing thing is that after they had time to dry out, and I put them back in the case, they started to work again. It's amazing. I'm using them right now to listen to a podcast on my phone. It's absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them.

Good, but broke after a bit.

I got them as a gift. I have been very carefull with them, but they broke. While they lasted they were amazing.

I've only been using these for a few days but, so far they are totally bomb! I'm still on my first charge at about 10hrs so far. I'm really digging on the different sound settings for different genres. Hooked earbuds are comfy and affective. They stay in my ears way better than the Go Air Pop. Smooth case carries easy....even better with a lanyard.

Great for suppressing Tinnitus sounds

I purchased these Wireless Earbuds to suppress Tinnitus sounds in my ears while I sleep and when I am on the road.
So far so good. I purchased the second set two weeks after the first.
Deserves a SOLID 5 *.
Highly recommend it.

Excellent product and even more excellent customer service! I had a small problem with the first pair I bought and mentioned that in a review somewhere. Customer support was relentless in getting me a new pair and making sure I was satisfied. I am! Great company

Great Product & Service !!

Bought these for my wife in April...she only has hearing in one ear so they helped me find a pair that doesn't need both to be used for them to work. Great staff ! Then they failed in November...but JLab replaced them super fast with absolutely ZERO HASSLE!!! Just had to send a few pix of the old broken one and the new replacement was on the way in a matter of HOURS !! This is the way customer service should be !!! Already received them and my wife is happy again !!!!!

Best wireless earbuds I ever had
