Great value with one minor quirk

I bought the JLabs to replace Apple Airbuds while working out on Zwift. The fit and operation is nice and relatively intuitive. The minor issue is that I have two fans on a laptop stand directly in front of me, and there's a fair amount of "wind" noise. I initially tried covering up the microphone ports thinking that would help, but it did not. I tried all three tips and got the best isolation with the large tips although one ear still has some wind noise. For the price, this seems like a minor inconvenience, but I may still buy something else to try and get full isolation.

Great sound!

I had the standard go-air ear buds jut one stopped charging. I called in to see if there was a fix but instead they granted me a $30 voucher for any online products they offer which is more than I paid in the first place. I upgraded to the Sport model and these are 10x better sounding!

Very sensitive touch

The sound is good and the buds are comfortable, but I found the touch sensors very sensitive. The first couple times I tried to increase volume during a call ended up cutting off the call.

My second pair

My first ones quit connecting to my new Apple Mac Pro.
So I bought these. They connected right away. Now I am happy asi am hard of hearing and this is how I enjoy my Zoom meetings.
