Great Customer Service, Good Product For the Price

The first pair I received had one nonworking earbud right out of the box, so I contacted customer service through the form on the website. They responded quickly and got me a replacement pair without a fight and in a timely manner, which is more than can be said for many companies. The new pair works as described. The sound seems to be of fine quality to me, as a normal person who enjoys music but isn't trained in it. The built in microphones work okay if you are sitting around while using them to take calls, but the other person has trouble hearing you if you try to do anything active. The controls are easy to use as long as you are wearing both headphones. If only wearing one it's easy to accidentally turn the volume down (if wearing the left) or up (if wearing the right), and then the only way to change it back is to use your device controls. These are all small concerns, but things that I imagine will influence some people's decisions. The earbuds stay in well, I have no fear of losing them. For good sport earbuds at a lovely entry-level price point, I think these are a great choice.

I’ve had the earbuds for a few days now. I purchased the teal color.
Love the color, love the performance so far. Much more comfortable than my old ones. Love the charging case. A great pair for the money!

Great Earbuds

I bought these because my apple earphones keep popping out of my ear when I'm exercising. Easy right out of the box. Instructions were clear and no problem with bluetooth pairing with my iphone, ipad and laptop. Love the soft fit over my ears. Very comfortable and love the soft blue color.
