Touch Controls Not Great For Sport Headphones

I bought these headphones to have a set specifically for the gym. They fit well enough, charge quickly, and the sound is good. They are a great bargain.
However, since the last pair of JLab buds that I purchased, they have gone from a button control to a touch control. This works really poorly in a gym setting, I am constantly bumping the controls and causing the volume to adjust, voice control to activate, or the music to skip around or pause. Its so annoying that I think I will need to find different gym headphones.

Just out of the box one earbud doesn't work. They are also huge and don't fit my ear. You get what you pay for.

I purchased product yesterday and the right bud does not light up at all. Used 1 time and then stopped working. All I did was put them both in base and hooked up to charge and now the right ear piece has quit working. Tried all troubleshooting steps. They dont light up after pressing 7 times nothing

I bought my jlabs last week, I charged them before I used them the right one works fine but when I put the left one in my ear....nothing

TOUGH AF

I just have to post this because I accidentally ran over my earbud case with a huge Van and was pleasantly surprised to see it STILL works, even after being crushed by over 6,000 pounds. I had to tape it up a bit and it looks mighty rough but the fact that they still function perfectly proved their worth.

Good Headphone, need an on/off option

The headphones are working well, though I had to remove my volume limits on my phone in order to have the sound loud enough for the gym. My only complaint is that you have to place the earbuds in the case to shut them off or wait fifteen minutes after pausing music. All my other earbuds will shut down if you hold the button for eight seconds.

Right-Side Earbud Stopped Working

This is the second pair of Go Air Sport earbuds I've purchased from Jlabs. I lost the first pair after a fall into a river. The second pair worked good for 3 or 4 weeks and then the right earbud stoped working. Was able to get it replaced with no hassle. My irritation with the earbuds is that once they disconnect from your bluetooth source, you have to place them back in their charging case to reset them to be able to connect again. There should be an option on the earbud to "wake" it back up. Sometimes I'm out in terrain where it is not feasible for me to stop and fish out the case.

Love the Wrap Around the Ear Style

I got these ear buds this week and really like them. I bought a completely different pair of ear buds several years ago, specifically to wear when I was exercising and running. But the other pair kept falling out of my ears when I got sweaty. Not these. I've run and worked out in them twice already and they are great. They stay very comfortably in my ears, without any fear of getting lose or falling out. The wrap around the ear style, is the only type I will buy from now on. Good job JLab!
