One side doesn’t work

I have always used wired earbuds with my iPhone and decided to try Bluetooth— I liked that these were affordable. But after spending hours resetting and following the troubleshooting advice from both Jlab and internet advice on the subject (a common complaint with this product) I am disappointed that the right bud simply has no sound. The touch controls are highly sensitive and it’s easy to accidentally skip around vs changing volume. I liked that they fit in my ears ok, but I’m afraid I wasted my money.

Decent product but needs improvements

Good design, good audio quality and decent plastic choice. But I don't like how it auto connects to my phone when I'm using other headphones and I wish it wouldn't do that

Give the following reset a shot. The buds should not be able to connect to a device that already has a device connected to them. Bluetooth in general only allows one peripheral to be connected to a singular device at a time.
1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

I guess you get what you paid for. The sound is not very good. Sounds like a tin can. The battery life is not as it says. Not a fan of these.

I bought my go air sport true wireless buds so I can have music under my helmet on my motorcycle and I am extremely pleased very comfortable sound great I like how they wrap around my ear couldn't be happier
