I was excited to get these and am hoping they'll stay in my ear when I ride my motorcycle.... I excitedly received them, swiftly cracked open the box, promptly threw the box out and tried to immediately pair these and to try them out. To my dismay, it didn't work that way. I noticed that the contacts had a tape on them, so they'd stay out of contact with the charging case contacts. I liked that until I realized that the ear buds weren't charged either. There wasn't an indication at least that I could see. So, I put them in the charging case and got a red dot indicator that quickly extinguished itself. I had to plug them back into the case and then plug the case into a USB port and charge it/them. Just was bummed I couldn't at least immediatly start using them having at least a smidgen of a charge.

I bought my first pair 3 years ago and they have been great. perfect fit and they are very comfortable I forget I have them in sometimes and leave the house with them on. They are having trouble staying charged so I’m going to buy another pair. Wouldn’t think about buying another brand

I just receieved these earphones today and all i can say is that im seriously disappointed. I have been using JLab pro earphones for the last couple of years and they have been great so thought I'd give these a try as I really loved the pro set I had and wanted a spare pair of earphones. These new GO air sport ones have terrible sound even though I've tried adjusting the equalizer and still sounds awful. It doesn't help that they are very uncomfortable and barely sit in my ears and really hurt and yes I've tried the different sized ones that come with it. I seriously regret buying these and am just going to go back to my old Jlab pro set that are far superior ☹️ I would definitely not recommend these 😔

Good sound

The sound and fit in the ear are very good I wish there was a better volume control button on it other than that I think they’re great
