3rd pair… same results!

Well… my last pair were the Epic Air Elite True Wireless Sport Earbuds… and the ones before that were the Epic Air Sport Earbuds.
The first pair were super fantastic for a little over a year. One earbud stopped working, so I contacted JLab… and I've gotta say… the friendliness and prompt replacement of my earbuds was unheard of then… and possibly now?
I say that because… not only did they replace them… they let me upgrade to the "elite"… free of charge!
I noticed that I had payed the near same price for the old ones (the one that failed) as the price was for the new ones. I asked if I could get the newer ones instead… and I got them!
Those are still working perfectly, by the way.
I decided to try the "Go Air Sport" because of the price. I ride on a tractor from time to time… so I wanted them to save the "Epic Elite" buds from getting gunked up with dirt & whatever else I manage to disturb from beneath me?
Honestly… they aren't quite as sturdy as the Elite's… but there is about a $100.00 difference in price… so?
The sound & connectivity so far is fantastic! Good range in bluetooth coverage area & decent range in sound quality/EQ change.
Don't be fooled by my "sturdiness" description above… they are very sturdy!
Maybe it's just me trying to justify paying a good bit more for the Elite… and having the same quality in sound on both sets… maybe I'm saving face?
Either way… I recomend these earbuds all day long! Good buy… no kidding.

Awesome product for the price

These earbuds fit great and stay in place well. I have two minor complaints (hence the 4 star review). First, the case is really slick. It needs to be slightly rubberized in order to keep it from sipping out of your hand when trying to get your earbuds out. Second, the tiny screen inside of the earpiece gets covered in wax over time and can’t be cleaned off. There needs to be a design change so that it can be taken off an cleaned/replaced. Otherwise, great product!

Great for CrossFit workouts

They stay in place mean while I do all my CrossFit movements specially during double unders, wall walks, toes to ring, hand stand push ups. The sound quality is amazing and battery life is great. Best $30 spend.

I cannot Believe This Sound!!!

I just bought these after having more expensive ones. I said let me give these a chance. I'm so happy I did!!! I can't believe the sound coming out of these buds. I'm smiling as I write this. These are amazing. You guys can charge much more, but you are keeping them affordable for everyone. I will let people know that JLab is the place for excellent quality earbuds and customer service.

I bought these at the airport as my stepson had forgotten his AirPods and so I loaned him mine. I just picked the cheapest earbuds off the shelf. Had low expectations as they were only £29.00. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great sound. Clear treble and solid bass. I let my stepson keep thenairpods. I am happier with the Jlab go air sport.

Connectivity is terrible!

I bought my first pair of these earbuds a few months ago. They worked fine for awhile until on day the right earbud stopped working. I contacted customer support and explained my issue. I followed their instructions on how to get a replacement through their warranty. I received my replacement pair 4 days ago and am already having the exact same issue as before. They seem to not connect very well. I contacted customer support again only to be told to repeat the process. I honestly don’t know if I will even bother at this point and just take the $30 loss. After reading reviews this seems to be an issue with this style of earbuds. Always read reviews first folks.

Do Not Buy

The earbuds stopped pairing with each other in under a year. After spending hours googling how to reset them and doing it repeatedly, still nothing. One of them connects to the phone, the other does nothing. They are cheap for a reason. Don't buy JLAB, it's crap. Completely unacceptable.
