These are great the noise cancellation is amazing, I turned on my air compressor while wearing these and couldn’t tell if it was even running.

"Tap" controls difficult to use.

I bought this about two months ago and had to return it because it was faulty. To the credit of JLab, they replaced it quickly and easily. However, my issue with the earbuds in general is that the "tap" mechanism to change volume, advance selection, pause, etc. is difficult to use. It is too sensitive: a bare touch seems to activate it so that it is easy to "tap" twice without meaning to' or, conversely, if one is extra careful, the "tap" may not be effected. You can imagine how these over-delicate controls are hard to work with when you are bicycling, on the treadmill, elliptical machine, etc.

I am not happy. There is no app available for these earbuds. Says coming soon. What the heck! These bugs shouldn't be for sale until there is an available app.

How to turn on JLab Go Air Sport without case?
If your earbuds are out of the case and have battery power, they should be automatically powered on. If you have already connected them to your phone / device they should also automatically connect once they are outside of the case. If they are not turning on place them back in the charging case in order to charge. You will know your earbuds are on when you hear a voice prompt saying “JLab ON”
