Really good sound and great fit

I got these as a gift 3 weeks ago - and I'm really happy with them. They fit great in the ear and the sound is super good. The microphone works perfectly - sound comes through clearly. The only "complaint" is that they are extremely sensitive on the touch part and change without you really wanting it.

Greenwashing

In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.
