Good product, great customer service

Bought these in May 2023 and for 6 or 7 months they were brilliant - good sound quality for the price point, excellent battery life and an ingenious charging case. Then they broke - the left ear bud stopped charging I think. Customer service was, however, superb. Had to send a video of drowning the broken ones (!) but within 24 hours had a code for a free replacement. Here’s hoping the second pair fare better….

Sound quality is pretty mediocre. Tinny, no bass. But they replaced them for free when my last pair stopped working.

Fun color and good sound.

I bought these as a second pair because I didn't want to have to mess with Bluetooth settings as I moved between devices. I love the color and sound quality is good. My only disappointment is that the box doesn't indicate how much charge is left. It was red when I first received them and blue while charging. There is only the one dot indicator and I don't know when the case charge is getting low.

I got it and I’m listening to songs and it is not clear and it’s a grainy sound the audio coming from it isn’t clear at all
Apart from that I like the case and love the colour and it fits nice on ears and it’s great to carry around but the sound is not good
