Sound quality poor

These sport air buds are great for working out, in quiet spaces. My gym blasts their music and these headphones barely drown out the music in the gym. Also, these do not have a sound app to configure the sound like a lot of other Jlabs earbuds. If I would’ve known about the sound quality, I would’ve opted for a different brand. But if you workout if quiet areas, and looking for sweat proof comfortable earbuds, these aren’t a bad choice.

I get nervous about losing the ear buds that go straight in your ear so was happy to find these. the case is low profile which makes it easy to store.

Got less than expected

Bought several days ago and am not thrilled. Sound quality is good for phone calls but subpar for music. I was disappointed to see that it only paired 1 device, if you forget to unpair, you are stuck like chuck. Would be nice to have foam ear plugs standard, not as a free promo.

Earbud dead on arrival

Right earbud did not work out of the box tried fixing multiple methods according to the manual.

Great design but...

Great design. Stays in ear while working out. Audio is clear. Only issue I have is the battery life. Advertises 32 hrs of audio but I was only able to get less than 1 hr of audio play time. Might be a defect.

The earbuds should definitely hold a charge longer than that! I've sent an email over if you'd like to proceed with a warranty claim to have those swapped out : )

Loved these until.. .

Have had these about 6 months. Now right earbud is not working. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and I had voth working, but then the battery wouldn't hold the charge. Git the battery to hold a full charge and then the right bud wouldn't work again.
