Good but not great

Wanted to love them

The sound is great but the connectivity between the two earbuds are absolutely horrible. it takes me about 10-15 minutes for my buds to connect to each other after multiple attempts, forgetting the device, resetting and trial and error before I can actually use them. Either the one doesn't connect, or one ear bud has terrible connection and is lagging behind the other or no sounds come out of them at all. When it does work, it's great but I just don't get why they need to connect to each other first before I can connect to a devics. Really disappointed.

You CANNOT turn these on without putting them in the case and then removing them. The answer is misleading and does not answer the question, because it's not possible to turn on without the case. I will add, I do like every other aspect of these ear buds. Sound is great, and the batteries last a long time, they stay on the ear.
THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER> you can't turn them back on without the case, How to turn on JLab Go Air Sport without case? If your earbuds are out of the case and have battery power, they should be automatically powered on. If you have already connected them to your phone / device they should also automatically connect once they are outside of the case. If they are not turning on place them back in the charging case in order to charge. You will know your earbuds are on when you hear a voice prompt saying “JLab ON”
