Poor quality

The quality of the product is so poor. Weird noise coming out when you're playing bass. You need to pay for the return even through says 2 year warranty! UK customers need to send to US ! Asked me.cut the product as immerse in the water to get a refund rather than checking the product. More electronic waste and missing the opportunity to check the product issues

Excellent sound for such a cheap price

I recently purchased the jlab goair sport true wireless ear buds and I am impressed once again with the sound quality and such easy connection to my devices. You guys are making great products and after trying different manufacturers the past year I can truly say you guys are up there with the high-priced items. Keep with the good work. And I'll stick with you in the future. I'm not going to try anyone else's because most of them are all overpriced and don't sound half as good as yours. Thank you

Worst sound ever

Bought these and within listening to the first song i immediately knew these have the worst sound ever no bass at all and they are cracking and not even loud even tho i have them at max volume they are just awful and i will be returning immediately tomorrow
