Great work and products just a fluke

This is probably my 6 pair of headphones from jlab and I have loved all my headphones from jlab. This is the first pair I bought directly from jlab and one ear bud won’t work. I’ve tried what they say on the website, delete the Bluetooth device with the earbuds in the case then tap one bud 7 times then it blinks blue 4 times then tap the other ear bud 7 times quickly then the other earbud will blink 4 times etc. but one of my earbuds will not blink at all and it will not charge in the case or anything. It has not even blinked a light once and I’ve tried charging and taking it out of the case multiple times over the last few days. And yes the charging point covers for shipping have been removed from the earbuds.

I bought these earbuds not knowing what to expect. I’m glad that I bought them because they have excellent sound and they block out most of the outside noise. They are so easy to use too. I also love it that they go around my ears so they don’t fall out when I’m using them.

The replacement came over and it's great. Use them every day, easily connected and worked about 15 hours non stop.

The composite used for the ears in very rigid and needs smaller options. Over ear is perfect. The sound is actually very interesting to have and it melds perfely with my music but I do have one major issue... There is no support in your app for these
