Poor quality sound, mismatched balance

I'm unhappy with these. Left earbud is slightly louder than the right (I had to test against other earbuds and headphones to verify I'm not losing hearing!!)
Sound quality lacks definition. This might be okay walking around a busy or loud area, but compared to a set of Beats I can notice the jlab sport sound is not very crisp and I cannot hear the full range of a song. What's even the point of using these then?
1-2 stars because the basic Equalizer is okay and the design itself is actually comfortable for a sport style earbud. I just wish I enjoyed the sound through them.

These are great! They don’t just fall out of my ears like so many others will. I’m very active and wear them virtually all day every day! These are very comfortable, and the sound quality is very good as well. J-Lab has become the only brand for me. And NO, I do not work for J-Lab. Lol

Outstanding Earbuds!

I bought these a couple of weeks ago and really enjoy their use! Great charging, super sound and remain on my ears while at the gym! The only (minor) issue is that I sometimes cannot get the volume as high as I would like, even though I press the right earbud all the way and have set up the "enhanced base" mode, which helps some.
Overall, an outstanding product - and I may "upgrade" to a better set in the near future. Thank you.

Broken on receipt

Received today. Left Bud sensor works & turns volume down, right bud sensor does nothing at all. This is supposed to turn volume up. Shame because otherwise these would be perfect.
