I like the fact they stay on and do a good job at blocking out background noise. They hold a good charge and the touch features are really handy.

I love the sound on these sport earbuds but, the round part that holds earbuds on ears causes the cartilage on my ears to hurt after wearing them for a couple hours.

Horrible product

I have only had them for a couple of days and they are already not working correctly, one side won't charge. They worked fine at first and now suddenly the right ear bud will not charge in the case. These were a replacement for a more expensive set that had the same issue. I am about ready to give up on your products. This is the 3rd pair from JLab that I have had issues with.

Great buy

I just bought Air Sport wireless earbuds. They came as described and in a timely manner. Had I known there was a Gen3 that allowed customized equalizer settings, I would have bought those. The set I have only has 3 preset options. This is why the 4star rating. Other than that, they perform great!

Contacted customer service because my bluetooth air sports wouldn’t charge! The were helpful and sent me a new pair without any issues and was extremely helpful with explaining the process and making the experience pleasant! I plan to be a long term returning customer!
