Needed a Replacement

I had issues with the headphones about 1.5 months after I bought them. I contacted JLab and without question they sent me an online gift card. I ordered a replacement with it and am completely satisfied with the product and the outstanding customer service.

I ONLY USED IT ONE TIME!?!

Bad quality headphones will never buy from this company AGAIN! First day was great but the next day it would jump on and off with the audio; tried troubleshooting but it won’t work.

Too good to be true

Very disappointed. First off my wife did not purchase the jlab earbuds. I did. Secondly the color I ordered was not what I wanted. I will be returning. When I saw the price I knew it was too good to be true. I should've listened to my gut and not purchased these.

Rubbish. Too quiet.

Terrible. I bought these in the airport to use on a flight and they are useless. The maximum volume is so quiet they don’t function.

Great for the price

Got a pair of these as a gift & I love them. I use them almost daily & have never had an issue, love the fact that the battery lasts very long and I don’t have to charge them often.

Great at beginning but after a yr not charging

I have had them for about a yr. They at first were good but in time they don't stay charge. When they are in case and supposedly are suppose to be charging they aren't. Not worth buying.

If you have small ears you must buy these

I got my earbuds yesterday, I have very small ears hence the reason I had to buy go sport earbuds, they fit really well with the smallest bud on them, which is great! The only bad thing I would say is that the adjustments on the side are awkward to use if you have fake nails but, that’s in me!
