My initial pair of GO Sport didn't last more than about 6 weeks, bit you replaced the mandatory they arrived reasonably quickly. Your CS colleague was very helpful.

It was damaged

The order came up fast which was good, but one of the earbuds was damaged, I tried to contact customer service a couple days ago but they haven’t answered me back, I’m not saying the product is bad because I bought another pair of headphones in the past and they worked great but I had this bad expierience this time

Great product!

It took a little getting used to the over the ear fit but overall they work great! They cancel a lot of other noise.
The sound is good.
