I bought these a few days ago and it came in the mail yesterday. I have used them, they feel a little bit big, but I know that they will grow to my ears as I use them. Sound is great!

Left ear bud arrived not working. Doesn’t charge nor turn on. Not much information on site or in manual about what to do if one ear bud doesn’t work either there’s that.

I have had these for about 4 or 5 months. They are the best earbuds that I have so far. They are louder than any of the other earbuds I have had. I have had for or five different sets so far and have either lost one or they got wet. I also have a pair of the corded earbuds. So, as you can tell, I rellayike this company's products.
