Good product and excellent guarantee service

Simple to use and very convenient and comfortable the touch control
I had a problem during guarantee period and after sales service was excellent and expediting the replacement of the unit. The guarantee policy and service everyone would like to get from the supplier/manufacturer

Try switching between your 3 built in e.q. modes by triple tapping either the right or left bud while playing audio. If the quality is still low, please reach out to us via support@jlab.com

Came earlier than promised. Super easy to sync. Love the over the ear loop as I hate things in my ear and this way, I don't have to push in deep

Comfortable Everyday Earbuds

Easy to use, easy to take on the go, great sound, and I love the "hooks" around the ears, I have small eats and they fir very nicely woth the smaller rubber buds on them!

It's a hard pass...

Only 1 of my pieces will connect, the sound isn't that great and they're not comfortable in the ear.
