A little on the expensive side, but so worth it

I bought these only a week ago and already loving them. I use them for work since I work in a factory and they let us listen to music. I especially like the ability to turn noise control on or off without it affecting my volume.

Jlab on (Keeps turning off and on)

I bought these yesterday and- [jlab on] -they worked pretty well for the first- [jlab on] -day.
But on the second day- [jlab on] -was very strange, for some reason- [jlab on] -they kept cutting out- ]jlab on] -and saying "jlab on"- [jlab on] -almost constantly. It kept interrupting my music and it really got on my- [jlab on] -nerves.

So very sorry to hear that : ( give the following reset a shot. If it fails to solve the issue, let us know via the email that has been sent your way. If we can't fix it, we'll replace under our two year warranty.
1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Bought them about 3 months age and loved them. Now the Bluetooth cuts in and out and the "tap" options kinda work.

Bought a few months ago and I'm glad I did sound is 10/10 for their price range. Easy to use I use these and prefer them than my Samsung buds
