Disappointing volume

Buds are fine for listening to music in a quite room. I’m disappointed in them because when outdoors on city streets the volume is too low at the highest setting.

Sorry to hear of the volume issue. A good seal is vey important to prevent audio bleed. We suggest trying the additional tip sizes. The buds should be producing over 100db, which should be loud enough to block out surrounding noise. A troubleshooting thread has been established via email. If they continue to produce low volume, we can always replace under our two year warranty. We'll have you up and running at full volume in no time.

I keep losing them six pair and this one here different only one work at a time that’s new to me I like the quality and I also been getting Bluetooth headsets from Jlab since 2017 I like them

good for what thay are

I got them as a back up to my epic air sport anc wit h ar not doing so good right now for the price it is what I expect the volume could use to be a little louder and it would be nice if thay would work with the sound app but over thay are good I would buy them again

Functional but not enjoyable.

After losing one of my Go Air Pop earbuds in the floor drain at work I decided to try these and I'm not overly thrilled. The sound quality is ok but there isn't much room to adjust how they fit so they're uncomfortable and not positioned correctly so I end up with a ton of background noise. The microphone is awful - nobody can hear me.
To be fair they are relatively inexpensive so I might be expecting too much. You get what you pay for.
