small bass, short cable for charge. Not exellence sound, of cource, I know it But OK for gym-time or fitness running.

From what I experienced fitment, sound and conection seem to be as good as I was expecting. But I'm very disappointed with the fact that these earbuds are not supported by the companies app, meaning there will be no software updates.

Hurts to wear, stopped functioning after 5 minutes

I bought these a week ago. They arrived sooner than I expected, the sound is good, and it has good connection. But the left ear stopped turning the sound down after 5 minutes, but would do everything else. Its also massive, it won't fit into my ear without bending my ear lobe out of the way, its painful to wear and I look ridiculous with them on. I am 5'2, 115 pounds, with rather small ears. Don't risk buying these if you have small ears, just don't. (The earbud fits into my ear canal with the smallest rubber attachment, the issue is the massive ball that has the electronics within it. It doesn't look like its made for an ear at all.)

truly awful, waste of money

Absolutely terrible earbuds. Huge waste of money. Worked for maybe two weeks before the right earbud stopped working. Now neither earbuds will connect to my device. Two independent problems within a month, highly do not recommend purchasing this product. Sound quality is bad as well, should have known this going into it with the price.

Built well, sounds not so great.

I’ve had these for roughly a month and they’re very enjoyable when I go on my daily walks, but the sound is subpar, I’ve tried every tip available but the sound is hollow and there’s almost zero bass. It feels like it doesn’t sit in my ears right and that also might compromise sound quality. I love my other JLab products, but I guess they can’t be all home runs

If you are still experiencing poor quality, please let us know via the thread that has just been established. Triple tap the right ear bud while listening to music.

Great but unreliable

I bought these a few weeks ago and was really loving them. They fit great in my ears (which is challenging because my ears are really tiny) and they sound decent, and most importantly, they don’t move or fall out when I am running or working out. However, after about 3 weeks of use, the left earbud has basically stopped working. I’m super bummed about it. It won’t turn on when taken out of the case or when I use the button.
