Problems with pairing ear buds.

I just received replacement ear buds because my original buds, one of them, did not work. I just tried the new ear buds today and one was not working. I tried all of the trouble shooting tips that were sent to me from the previous ear buds and that did not work. Now I’m stuck with the same problem I had with my initial pair. Very frustrating.

Terrible batteries

I've had the headphones for less than a week and this is the first time I'm using them but they do not have over 10% and they have been charging for more than a week

Dosent register in the app

Dosent register or work with app i wouldnt be buying a pair agine if it dosent connect to the app but they still work without the app and had good audio

Very reasonable price, quick delivery, good sound quality... don't want ear buds which is uncomfortable. It stays secure and comfortably.
