Love my new Sport True Wireless Earbuds

I have used the new sport True Wireless Earbuds for approximately two weeks and love them. The ease of how quickly they pair with my phone's blue tooth and the sound is very good. They are comfortable to wear and very easy to recharge. An excellent purchase especially becuase they are very affordable./ \

Great but only one ear

Buds will not pair with each other. Only left or right work not together. Just stop doing it

Sorry to hear that : ( give the following a shot. If the reset does not work, let us know via support@jlab.com we'll get them replaced under warranty need be.
Please try the manual reset below and let us know if this fixes the issue. Thanks!
1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

I bought these initially at a retail store and they lasted 2 weeks before they malfunctioned. Ultimately, they were replaced by the company, but there was a period of 4 weeks where no one in the “lab” would respond to my emails. That was frustrating. But ultimately they were replaced and I really like them.

I bought my dad a pair of these earbuds for Father's Day. One of them was not charging in the case, so I called JLab, and the customer service was awesome! They sent me a new pair fast! I would highly recommend!
