Worked great for 2 weeks. Now won’t play

I’ve had these for 3 weeks. The left stopped connecting last week and both started glitchy connecting today. It will work for a few seconds then cut out for a while. Really sucks when you’re doing intervals runs and can’t hear the changes.

Problems with volume - iPhone app will not Work

Not very happy at all. Sound comes through very quietly on New Iphone, which is updated. Tried to get the Application for Iphone to connect to earbuds. Keeps giving me a error signal. (Says goto Phone settings to fix) Have tried many times to troubleshoot. Failed each time.

Sorry to hear of the troubles : ( the go air sport should be producing 100db maxed out. Sounds like we need to get those replaced for you under warranty. As to the application, the go line is not supported by the app. An email has been sent your way for fast, free replacement under our two year warranty. 2nd set of Go Air Sport Headphones is bad

I received my replacement pair in November and the pin inside the case dropped and doesn’t charge the right headphone
