[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the printer about a few weeks ago and it is working great. I did have a few problems setting up the extra try since it had very few directions with it and had to contact our rep. Installed now and works great!

useless it is hit or miss scans fine but more often then not it will not print; downloaded the app it worked for a week then stopped again it's useless
