Belkin Magnetic Wireless - won't recharge

My first Belkin magnetic wireless power bank 5K did not recharge up from 25% in the first 24 hrs I used it. Belkin sent me a replacement. I immediate charged it up to 100%, used 25% of it to top off my iPhone and now it won't charge up again. Strikes me as a bit 'chunky' thing. I am using the cable it came with to charge it along with Apple 20W adapter. After hours - never progressed up with indicator light, never even warmed up while in 'charging' mode. Waste of my time and money... Going to another brand, obviously. BTW, I do pay my electric bills and am able to charge my laptop and iPhone with same set up, but not apparently Belkin products
