Spectacular heater!

This heater looks absolutely amazing when lighted, and does give off a good amount of heat. For that I would give it 5 stars.
The reasons I gave it 4 stars are the terrible assembly directions and because it was initially very hard to light. It still takes a few tries to light the pilot.
When attempting to assemble this product make sure you align the controls with the magnets of the middle plate and the slots in the bottom plate. The screws that attach the plates to the uprights are already in the uprights and must be unscrewed before assembly. The lower uprights are the ones with the pins sticking out. The wheels can be attached 2 ways, the bottom of the wheels should be flush with the bottom of the uprights. The pictures provided are pretty useless. We had to try a LOT of times to get the pilot lit, just keep working at it. Hope this is helpful!

Recently bought this Flame Heater and am so glad we did. It went together easily, it's beautiful, and boy does it throw out the heat. It will be a great addition to our patio and I know our guests and we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Well packaged (arrived undamaged) and had all of the required parts for assembly. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, most specifically real photos of the parts in lieu of sketches would help a lot. However, it just needs a little mechanical insight to figure it out.
Took us about 3 hours to put it together but we attribute part of that time to the bottle of wine.
As it was cold outside we assembled it inside and then wheeled it into the gazebo. Hooked up a bottle of gas and it fired right up.
Very impressive unit (looks great and puts off lots of heat from both the glass tube and the heat deflector on top). We plan to purchase two (2) more in the spring to make our early spring outdoor events even more enjoyable.

I need a new door panel!

While assembling this I learned that one hook on the door panel was missing! Of course this was the last step of the assembly process! I found the hook in the packaging - I guess it was welded on properly. I attached it with duct tape, but that is obviously a temporary solution. I need a replacement door.
