We love our bidets. This is a replacement for one that stopped working. We bought the Pro version and dont love the larger remote than what we had before but having a bidet changed our lives!

I'm sure that having a Bidet is a good thing because I already have 1 in another bath room in our house. I got this one for my guest Bathroom and it arrived with dead batteries for the remote. OK i have extra batteries, I figured if that is this only issue I'm OK with that. BUT when I replaced the batteries the remote lights come on but nothing works as it should. the Air blower never runs even thought the lights on the remote show it running. The cleaning wand never comes out even though it sprays water. most of the other functions don't even show any sighs of working at all. There operations instructions can be best classified as ink on paper, but they do nothing to guide you as to how to use this thing. To top off all of this there are no Troubleshooting guides provided in the box or online !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I had 2 6800 and both failed in 3 years. I just got the pro. It leaked the first 5 minutes. Opened the back and a hose was redirecting the water from the water channel inside. Poor workmanship. The remote is laughable, its massive with little functionality. No display of temp. It's so big you could run it with oven mitts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
