Refreshing Life Choice!

So happy to make the choice to purchase a bidet! After visiting Japan this past fall and experiencing bidets everywhere including on their airplanes I was sold! I came home and told my husband forget the souvenirs… I just want a bidet! So after gifting family and friends for Christmas. in January we invested in your company’s bidet:). I could not be more pleased. I would say in some ways your bidet even exceeds my Japanese experience! I love the warmth along with the cleanliness and the extra attachments that were not even expected! Thank you! 😁. If you’re considering a purchase do not hesitate!! It’s one of my best life choices for personal use👍

Disapointment

I used to have an older model of this bidet and it was great, so I expected similar quality. Unfortunately, this one has been disappointing. The detached control panel feels awkward, and the buttons provide no tactile or audible feedback, so you can’t tell whether you’ve pressed them. Many times, I have to press a button several times before anything happens.
Overall, the product feels underdeveloped and poorly designed. On top of that, you can’t return it once it’s unpacked and installed — but there’s no way to know whether it’s junk without installing it first. That policy makes an already bad experience even worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

USPA Pro Bidet

It is a wonderful Bidet. I had the outlet install, plumbing done, and completed in 2 hours. Of course the outlet is the toughest part but I'm an electrician so I had an advantage. I am very glad we chose the model. My wife and I love it. Shipped quick! Thank You.

Easy to Install & Works Great!

After spending two weeks in Japan in Nov '25, the first thing I did when I got state-side was to buy a bidet. Ended up getting the USPA PRO Bidet seat. It's now Feb '26 and I finally got around to installing it. Very good, clear, easy-to-follow installation directions were included. I am certainly no where near close to being a plumber, but I can work my way around a screwdriver and off-set wrench pretty good! Took about 15 minutes to install it, hook it up, and make sure it worked. Using the remote to program settings was a breeze, and the functionality is awesome. I only have a cold-water line at my toilet, and the ability for the bidet's to use three different temp settings for the water (and seat), the aeration setting, the massage, and a DRYER?! What?! C'mon. This thing will change your [toilet] life for the better.

A Great Bidet

The Bidet works great as my wife has health issues that keep her from cleaning herself. My son installed the unit in about 30 minutes. It takes a little time to use the controls. A great purchase.

lots of pointless options

The PRO seat has a few more options than on my first bio bidet seat but worthless since there are no configuring features to get it the way you want it. at least the simpler, older seat can be configured. A waste of additional features - DO NOT BUY
