I find the remote Control does not work well at all. It sometimes does react to my touches.

Considerations to think about.

I do like this bidet, it works great. However, there are a couple of issues I have with it.
1: The included remote control is large and bulky.
2: You have to point the end of the remote at the sensor on the seat for it to work. I wish I could just press the functions on the remote that I mounted on the wall and it would work from there.
3. I have an elongated toilet. The bidet takes up a moderate amount of space, resulting in a usable opening the size of a round toilet bowl.

Limited Edition junk

My 6 year old 1 is way better than this junk. It starts with ice cold water even when on highest temp. This is just real cheap and not that great. I wish I could buy my 6 year old 1 brand new again.

Wife having issues, where it cleans the back but not the frontside- we paid a nice price for this unit to have adjustment issues right after install!

Not a fan

We owned 3 Bio Bidet BB-600 at our house and they lasted for years, one of them went bad and we bought the USPA PRO Bidet as a replacement as BB-600 has been disconnected for some reason. The newer Bidet is basically a downgrade from BB-600, not liking it. It reminds me that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Pleasantly surprised

So far after familiarizing ourselves with all of the settings on our bedet we are pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness. The only thing I would like to be informed of is who would we contact or go to for repairs should something break or needs repairs. Please advise?
