Wife having issues, where it cleans the back but not the frontside- we paid a nice price for this unit to have adjustment issues right after install!

Not a fan

We owned 3 Bio Bidet BB-600 at our house and they lasted for years, one of them went bad and we bought the USPA PRO Bidet as a replacement as BB-600 has been disconnected for some reason. The newer Bidet is basically a downgrade from BB-600, not liking it. It reminds me that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pleasantly surprised

So far after familiarizing ourselves with all of the settings on our bedet we are pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness. The only thing I would like to be informed of is who would we contact or go to for repairs should something break or needs repairs. Please advise?

I have Never thought about getting one of these before . My Son was Stationed in Asia and told me about them and i decided to get one. I'm glad i did. I use less TP now and i feel cleaner.

We were so excited to find this bidet. We had another bidet for 10 years that was easy to install and use.
However we are still unable to get the remote to function. It lights up but doesn't do anything. We read everything and couldn't find how to turn the remote on. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO TURN THE REMOTE ON. We even looked online for help but to no avail. About to return it.

A Little Disappointed

Seat doesn’t stay warm and the water is cold at first. Our other bidet from USPA had those features so we thought this one would too.
