Love the possibility to embroider hard to hoop areas . Machine is extremely basic , cannot go further than 8x8 . Wish dealer have educate me more , I could have got other model . Bought compatible hoops since what it came were not so flexible with possibilities .beautiful stitches , disappointed with functions , too basic .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy with the product but I do have a suggestion. I think it would be very helpful if you published a DVD on how to operate the machine so the customer can have it on hand when they are learning instead of having to call in to ask questions. Other then that, I am very pleased with the machine itself.

I love this machine but I wish there were other optional hoop sizes. A 5 or 6 inch wide by 7 or 8 inch deep would be wonderful!

I am a beginner with machine embroidery, but I enjoy learning on this machine. I use the Macbroidery software. I plan to purchase a mult-needle in the future, for the convenience with appliqué. I highly recommend the PRS100!

I am so happy that I bought this machine, and the retailer that I bought it from are just wonderful. They allow me to come in a learn how to do specific types of projects, and all the features it has. Product updates are wonderful and I am completely happy with my PRS100.

Love the PRS100

I love the PRS100 and the free arm to embroider bags and other tight items. I do not regret the purchase at all and I only do embroidery as a hobby. The auto threader can be a bit challenging and I recommend being very careful when removing the hoop as to not hit the arm of the auto threader. If you do, it may become unaligned and not work. I upgraded from a PE770, so the oiling on the hook is new to me and I'm still getting used to it. It is hard to tell if I'm over oiling or if it is just right. Overall the PRS100 is a great addition to my craft room.
