I give tablet definite "1". Sadly there is no "ZERO". Cannot change Time zone. Always on Beijing time, 13 hours behind. Clock displays 1 hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time. After transferring data, several days later the data erased itself! Lost information from 2018 thru 2022! Never happened before purchasing this tablet. Very disappointed in this Samsung product. Never had a problem with other Samsung products.
It's a tablet. What else needs to be said. I "love" when the carrier adds "bloat ware" and other "trash" apps that i can't remove because of a locked bootloader. Oh well; it's not for me anyways.

Slow response touch screen. Very low memory. 4G lags streaming is almost impossible

It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen causing the problem. Laggy straight out of the box, horrible screen resolution, froze on me twice within the first week I had it and had to be factory reset. Do not buy this - in fact don't get any Galaxy tab! Get an iPad.
