The tablet is slow a recent update improved that. The call forwarding and the text service does not work on the tablet. I seriously think no one at ATT is making any effort to make it work (with text service and call service). Its a glorified wifi tablet that can use the ATT network thats all.
This is my first Samsung device, and maybe that's why I find it so heavy & clunky. It works fine, it was easy to transfer my files, but it is not as easy to operate as my lg's. It is a larger screen, but, is not as crisp a picture for games.I have been unable to customize the homescreen as I did my ladt-but maybe that's me. I am not the most tech-savvy person.
I have not had it long, it is quite smaller than my last, I knew it was smaller but until you hold it you do not realize it. It runs sluggish, That may be due to the SIM card, as the one they sent did not fit and I had to use the ones from my last tablet. To be fair I have not had a chance to contact ATT yet, we had a large storm heading our way and it was not a good time I will soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
