Perfectly Personalized and Processes Perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S25 Ultra for awhile now and I still love my phone! I love that I can personalize everything to exactly how I want it to look on my screens for easy transitioning based on what I am doing with my phone every day. My phone only ever acts up if it needs an update, but otherwise it runs quick and efficiently so I am not struggling to work on my phone or just play around with apps. Don't plan to get a new one anytime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Ultra has all the features I need to run my campground business side. From bookkeeping to release forms, Galaxy AI has made my least favorite part of working for myself almost feel like cheating. The built in stylus makes it a breeze for guests to sign waivers without my constantly having to look for one.
The constant updates have fixed some glitches that I didn't even realize were there and others quickly after I did notice. Unlike other phones where I had to just deal with the funky apps for weeks.
I would (and have) recommended the S25 Ultra to friends and family members 100%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish we had a choice in the ai feature I personally dont care for it. Also I dont like the fact we are being forced to use Google messages it's generic and completely not updated as Samsung messages there's alot you can't do with it. I also wish the feature that we could use a sd card for extra space as we did before. I have been a customer along time I do like the lightness of the phone just wish it was a little bigger like the notes and I do like the camera and some of the upgrades that you all have done have been great but the ones that I've mentioned have not please take these in consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found galaxy ai to be very helpful in most cases. However its lack of compatibility with most outside apps leave much to be desired. Also when paired with galaxy buds gemini struggles to comprehend well.

Work email and meeting app on the go keep me connected so I don't miss any important information when reviewing documents or attending critical meetings. Galaxy AI saves time when time is of the essence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone and was happy to see that my son was able to get one as well. It really helps him with his business. There are so many features with the updates Etc that I have a hard time these days keeping up with them. The Galaxy AI features are really useful and frankly I use them all the time. Between just learning new things or helping me with my grammar etc. It's pretty incredible. I think I need to spend a whole day just looking at the new features of the last few updates and giving them a try. That's always fun. The phone itself seems to be wonderful the pictures are great I have a lot of storage and I love that. It's a great phone I'm not ready to upgrade to 26 because I just don't see the need at this point.
