Samsung S25 sucks

I bought this phone for the cameras because they said it was great pictures! Well all I have had is problems with the cameras so since it was under a year old and under warranty if called Samsung they sent me to Batteries plus in kennewick they don't know how to fix phone at all worst place to go , long story short my phone never got fix in 4 months of back and forth I call Samsung explained what had been going on they said they where going to escalate the problem to the high ups because by this time my warranty had expired, so I had a phone with no working camera and Samsung said that there was nothing they could do so I had warranty through my cell phone plan I had to pay 275. To get a working phone . I would cation you to Avoid Samsung products its not worth the headaches I will be getting rid of everything I own thats Samsung! And there Customers Service Center is lacking big time

It keeps the incredible camera power and massive screen from before, but the new rounded edges mean it finally feels comfortable in your hand. It’s blazing fast Galaxy AI features, the battery is rock-solid, and the cameras are phenomenal. Easily the best phone on the market right now.

It looked like I was right there on stage with them. I'm not a fan of generative ai so I don't have anything to say about Galaxy ai.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me start with all the amazing features it has, the camera is so good, I love the camera all the colors at the moment of capture an image the possibility of having a good shot of the moon and even the stars, I love that. Second of all is the performance,although is not perfect, it accomplishes very good on a daily basis all it's tasks. I also love the 120hz display, it makes me feel that is a premium product worth the price. Galaxy AI is the best AI I have tried compared to other competitor phones. It just works so smooth, fast, and precise at a superior level compared to any other devices, and partnered with Google Gemini, they make the best out of this device whenever I need to find something in the screen, or translate at text in a different language, or even just ask for anything in general, is a life changer. I also love the personalization on the homescreen, I can put all the apps and widgets anywhere I want, even in the lock screen. I would love to keep saying good things but as I mentioned in the title, there are some flaws. Battery life. I really wish the battery would last longer, specially after a year of using the phone every day, I can tell that now it drains faster compared to the firsts days. Another thing that I did not like much is when I tried my phone for gaming, it heats up quickly and does not give me the performance I would like for a premium product like this. For last the glitches on apps like YouTube or Instagram. I can't open apps sometimes

I've never been brand biased like alotta people get about their phones especially... but when I think about it, I SHOULD BE! My Galaxies have ALWAYS held up well beyond the annual model upgrades--I believe my very first was a S5, but I never genuinely felt as if I was hanging on to an obsolete or inferior product. Just like my S25Ultra still impresses me: never failing to improve in all aspects to the point it's as if im barely still only beginning to know my own best friend! But the advertisers r already telling me it's that time again whenever im ready LOL
