MISS MY NOTE 9

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in for a 2018 Note 9 and have regretted it since day one. The lack of the older, simpler features is incredibly frustrating—things like the notification light, and placing the S Pen on the left side when approximately 90% of humans are right-handed.
Don’t even get me started on the downgraded S Pen design with all the added camera lenses—figure it out. The alarm won’t go off when the phone is powered off… yes, that used to be a thing. The battery level bubble is now difficult to read at certain times, and the app drawer only scrolls up and down with no option to switch back to side-to-side navigation when opened.
Overall, this feels like an absolute downgrade in every sense of the simple, user-friendly interface that used to make the Note 9 King of the Hill!!

I use an insulin pump and use an app to manage my diabetes. The t-slim app disconnects several times a day.

I used another brands products in my industry on a daily & no one could ever convert me to Samsung's competition. Especially with this S25 Ultra I own. I never have dropped calls neither does my wife nor my two friends have S25 phones. Our friends with competor's phone with the same phone service are always dropping calls on longconversations.
The features on S25 Ultra are amazing the Galaxy AI features are always on edge & updating with new tech. The Smart View option has always been trouble & glitch free. I can watch hours of video off my phone or work from my phone off the TV screen without any issues whatsoever.
Samsung Note feature is my go to. I use this for my business for typing letters before printing them or faxing them. I send everything to my printers from this phone. Or I will take Samsung Note & send a Fax straight from my phone with a app. The Smart Things options are also a great add on from Samsung on S25 Ultra can run all home smart devices from my phone.
The pen option in S25 Ultra is a life saver in filling out special documents that's a rare occasion this phone cannot auto fill a document. I've had this device sign & fill documents without using a pen or finger unlike any device previously or currently on the market ( other than S26 Ultra maybe ) Camera takes the best pics. I'm under a lot of crawlspaces. Owner Pest Control bus. Little or no light in close tight places takes great pics.
