Covers the phone

this cover has a slot for a card but using results in the cover sitting up and affording less protection to the phone. it is convenient to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen Burn in

this is a otherwise a great case has a huge problem.
it causes screen burn-in.
i had this case for about a month now and just noticed it. so i am thinking it takes a while for it to happen but the burn in is clearly there. i took off the case and replaced it with another hoping that the burn in goes away but dang..i was disappointed.
would be nice if samsung officially responded to this issue as i am not the only one experiencing this and this shouldn't happen.

LED cover service keeps stopping

since the android 11/oneui 3.0 update on my note 20 ultra, a message repeatedly appears saying that "the led cover service keeps stopping". when this happens, the led cover fails to light up, and repeated service crashes cause significant battery drain. i have tried all the usual things to fix it, but nothing has solved the problem, so i can no longer use this rather expensive phone case. the case itself only has white leds, whereas the case for the note 10 had a row of coloured lights... otherwise the functionality has changed little in several generations of this case. it's a nice case, and i prefer the wallet style cases that protect the screen, and can aid holding the phone with one hand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worthless, huge waste of my time, energy & money.

never worked right out the box, doesn't hold your phone, it's always loose and slides around inside the case, can fall out if the case any time easily. fits one slim id card.
now i have to spend more time taking it back and getting an otterbein like i should have in the first place.
