I am on my fourth ring in the last five months. The last replacement they sent me arrived broken. This replacement has lasted two days and now i'm having the same issues. I'm not even going to try to return it this time.I've had enough.
Enjoying my new purchase, and getting to know it. Lots of stats, learning about them. Only fault is having to charge it frequently. Great that there is no subscription fee. Good value and quality.
Leapt out of bed at 6:45 am because dog was barking, said I slept until 11. Sleeping solidly until 5:30 alarm woke me, ring said I was up at 5. Gave me a good sleep score while it said my deep sleep was 2 % which makes no sense. Advertises its own subscription. Returned and bought Oura which is very accurate and much much better data and app.
I bought from Ultrahuman directly. All I can say is don’t waste your money. The measurements the ring takes are super inaccurate, the information is just estimates extrapolated from the inaccurate measurements so none of it is worth anything. Not to mention the battery power is awful, I can get maybe 72 hours if I’m lucky! And don’t even try using workout mode or you will get maybe an hour and a half. The ring scratches super easily to the point where it’s recommended that you take it off while washing dishes, working out, and basically doing anything repetitive with your hands. It’s not worth it, it’s a piece of technology that was clearly made to take money and go to the landfill (hopefully my local technology recycling can recycle it).
Best Buy has no stock of the Aster black. So you can order the ring kit but they won't have your size to ship. Ordering from UH directly is cost prohibitive given the exchange rate and duties.
