So I buy this ring thinking it could tell me how stressed I am during the day and how much sleep I’m getting, so I can make improvements in my life. This ring was the biggest waste of money I’m on my way to return it. 4-6 day battery life was a straight up lie, it died night 2 when, it was at 75% when I fell asleep. Also out of the 4 nights I had the thing on it only tacked the first night. It hasn’t tracked my heart rate in 2 days and worst of all in the past 24hrs I have had to plug it in 3 times because of low battery warnings. Before you say “he just has the high power draining set up” I don’t it’s on default.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This item is absolutely defective. It won’t even turn on. I had to do a three day long reset that the app told me to do and once that was done it’s still didn’t even recognize the ring so I could not connect it now they’re sending me a new one from manufacture. It also is made of plastic so it’s easy to lose as it looks really fake silver colour just bad quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trust the reviews you see online. I thought my purchase was different, but it wasn’t. My first ring had trouble connecting, and now my second ring’s charger has stopped working.

Good but not great

The sleep tracking is awesome, steps aren’t accurate and neither is the stress meter. It shows I am “stressed” literally all day, and shows my bpm always at 80+ which is absolutely inaccurate. I’m a healthy 30 something. From what I’ve been reading it does have a lot of sensor problems. Needless to say, I’m returning the product as the stress monitor and heart health is very important to me.

This ring does all the things it says it does. Finger sizing is a little tricky depending on your finger just because finger size changes depending on whether you're cold (smaller fingers) or warm (fatter fingers!) so i would aim to have it fit a bit loose to allow for finger swelling. This product is mainly to track your sleeping. I feel like I'm getting shorted on my steps but that's not why i bought this.

My husband and I bought these rings for Christmas. We did a lot of reviews on YouTube and this ring beat out all the competitors.
It’s so slick and light, that you really don’t know you’re wearing it.
It is unbelievable all the things this ring can track. It’s tracks your sleep movement and after 15 days can give you what your age is. There’s so much more it can do.
We are so impressed with this ring, that it’s also helping us with our eating habits and getting our workouts in.
We highly recommend this product!!!!
